If information is cloud-based, you may have to create a temporary password and username for a virtual assistant to accomplish your task.

What about Privacy Policy?

Virtual Assistants at Air Balloon do not share any of your information unless you ask to send information/email replies to your customers.

If your task entails entering information on a cloud-based, e-commerce website, then this information will be deleted upon completion, including passwords.

For how long do you keep the information?

The information is kept for the duration of a project or task. Once the work is delivered, it is deleted and never kept, including all passwords. Unless a project is ongoing or lengthy, no information is kept and no information is shared.

How long does it take?

It depends on a task. For example, if it’s a month-long project, then it will take a month. If it’s a brief research request, then a day. Or, if it’s an hour worth of work, we work on the-first-serve-basis, therefor within 2-3 house you will receive a completed task.
